Prices and tax
All prices on the Websites are shown in euros; exclusive of any taxes, shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified by us. VAT is not applicable on Tresor and co products. All items are subject to availability and Tresor and co reserves the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue Products or Services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice. You agree that you are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to your purchases from us. We reserve the right to prohibit purchases of any Products to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.
Payment
Only valid credit cards or other payment method acceptable to us may be used and all refunds will be credited to the same card or, in our discretion, other methods. Credit cards are processed via and secured by Stripe payment gateway.
Delivery
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
All orders placed after 9AM CET/CEST will be dispatched the next day, except delivery by courier within Paris.

Returns
If you have purchased a hunt and you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to us within 3 (three) months of the original purchase and receive a full refund, excluding shipping and return costs.
